The weather has been really rotten the past few days ....
Lots of wind and rain ...
We've stayed indoors doing what we like best ....
Being together .....
Painting together .....
Sharing together ......
Enjoying ourselves ....
When Murray suggested we go outdoors for a few minutes ....
I was having none of it .....
Even when he asked real nicely ......
Not even kisses will make me go out in the rain!
I'm a doodle that doesn't like to get wet!
Spending a dry Sunday indoors with my 'young man' was a lot more fun!

What a minute! That's not typical Irish weather!!! Do I need to return and bring the sunny weather with me? Love the painting - we need some enforced indoor time for creativity...

We're not super keen on rain, although we like getting muddy feet (mostly because it's fun to hear Mom grumble! heehee!). However, you are much better behaved when you're stuck inside than we are. After the first hour or so, we're bouncing off the walls, and Mom pulls out the 'dog trick' book, and when that fails to wear us out, she dons the rain gear (for her, not us!) and takes us out on a walk. Maybe if we learned to paint... that looks like fun! ;-)

ReplyDeleteStay indoors if you can...one smart doodle you have there...My Sophie is a waternut to the nth degree...she'll venture out into the garden at anytime, probably because we have so much rain here normally. I still think Clive is the smart one though.
